MAUI MOTORCYCLE RENTAL: TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE

The short version: if you're on the fence, just do it. I've ridden many awesome roads all over the Southwest continental US. UT, CO, AZ, and Northern and Southern CA. Angeles Crest (the "Crest") was my backyard and a weekday favorite for years.

The Pacific roads, including Mullholland ("the Snake") were frequent go-to spots when I lived in West LA. Inland mountains are now regular favorites, and they're all great. I've had over 40 bikes and have covered well over 100k miles.

My experience in Maui riding Maui Motorcycle Rentals - Maui Dual Sport's Bonneville tops the list of "best days riding."

I had high hopes for Maui; I knew it would be pretty. I knew I'd have fun. But my mind was totally blown! I was grinning ear-to-ear all day. Errol has a wide selection of bikes and through our just discussing bikes he pointed me to a bike and routes he knew I'd love.

Errol (owner of Maui Motorcycle Rentals and Adventure Tours) is the real deal; a true enthusiast with a passion for motorcycles he plainly takes immense pleasure in sharing with others. He's a down to earth dude and a rider first and foremost.

Errol knows the island well and was gracious enough to give suggestions and steer me in the right direction with where to go. I opted to go solo, as that's more my style.

He happened to be able to make himself available by text and he provided additional suggestions later in the day when I reached out. Most of the best routes he highlighted on the giant map on his shop wall at the start of the day. It all worked out sublimely.

I took a ton of pictures. They all turned out great. But pictures never do the real deal justice. The best spots, the best views, the best curves, happened in the moment. My timing with the roads and the sun worked out perfect.

I've had a lot of good times riding bikes. But the ride today was like the best dream. Conclusion: trust this guy. He'll steer you right! Thanks again, brother!
